1 lb bacon
4 cups diced potatoes
2 cups chopped onions
2 1/2 cups milk
2 - 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
2 - 1 lb packages of Alsum frozen sweet corn, undrained
1. Cut bacon into 1" pieces. Cook for 5 minutes in large skillet.
2. Add potatoes and onions and a bit of water. Cook 15-20 minutes, until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain. Transfer to a slow cooker.
3. Combine sour cream, milk, chicken soup, and thawed Alsum sweet corn. Place in slow cooker.
4. Cover. Cook on low for 2 hours.
5. Serve with biscuits.
